Spyderco, Inc., a conservative, established and growing manufacturing company committed to reliable, high-performance sport and tactical knives and accessories, is looking for a NetSuite Specialist to join our in-house IT and Manurfacturing Team. The right candidate will be looking to join a small team and enjoy a variety of day-to-day Advanced Manufacturing responsibilities.

Compensation : $70,000-$110,000 / annually

Key Responsibilities :

System Configuration and Data Management :

Collaborate with the NetSuite Administrator to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot the Advanced Manufacturing module, ensuring seamless integration with core ERP functions.

Assist in manufacturing configuration to align with company workflows, including setting up items, BOMs, work orders, routings, and production schedules.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of manufacturing data within NetSuite, including inventory levels, production status, and quality control metrics.

Work alongside NetSuite Admin to implement system enhancements, customize workflows, and support user adoption across manufacturing operations.

Identify opportunities to streamline manufacturing processes within NetSuite, such as automating workflows, optimizing inventory levels, and improving production planning.

User Training and Support :

Provide training to end-users on NetSuite manufacturing functionalities and troubleshoot issues related to system usage.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements for NetSuite configuration.

Provide insights and feedback to the NetSuite Administrator on system performance, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Develop customized reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the manufacturing operations.

What You Bring :

Manufacturing & ERP Expertise - Strong understanding of NetSuite core functionalities, particularly the Advanced Manufacturing module, including BOMs, work orders, routings, and capacity planning. NetSuite certification not required.

Process Optimization Skills - Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation and best practices to improve production efficiency.

Technical & Problem-Solving Mindset - Comfort with system configurations, troubleshooting, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ERP integration with manufacturing processes.

Collaboration & Communication - Ability to work with operations, IT, and leadership teams, translating business needs into system solutions while training end-users on best practices.
