Spyderco, Inc., a conservative, established and growing manufacturing company committed to reliable, high-performance sport and tactical knives and accessories, is looking for a Marketing Generalist to join our in-house Marketing Team. The right candidate will be looking to join a small team with and enjoy a variety of day-to-day marketing responsibilities.

Schedule : Monday through Friday 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Compensation : $30-36 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Content Creation :

Draft and coordinate engaging email marketing materials for both B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences.

Upload and verify images, press releases, ads, and other assets on our management platforms.

Organize and coordinate marketing assets for e-newsletters, product specials, and digital press releases.

Write compelling copy for press releases, website content, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

Assist in developing packaging designs and creating assets for trade shows and special events.

Research new market opportunities, including digital / print advertising and trade shows.

Social Media & Website Management :

Build and manage product pages on our website, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Update website copy and assets to maintain a seamless digital customer experience.

Create and schedule social media content across all platforms.

Monitor and engage with social media group pages and messaging features.

Administrative Support :

Plan and execute advertising and product promotion campaigns via e-newsletters, social media, and digital / print advertising.

Maintain detailed calendars for advertising, posting, printing, and packaging schedules.

Coordinate with outside vendors, including publishers, printers, and suppliers.

Manage communications from general marketing inboxes.

Support Ambassador / Influencer programs.

What You Bring :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.

Experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Strong copywriting skills; experience is highly encouraged.

Knowledge of video production is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively or independently with excellent organizational skills.
