Key Responsibilities:

• Train and Mentor: Work closely with new inspectors, providing hands-on training and support to ensure they’re equipped to meet MAC7’s high standards.
• Lead by Example: Conduct residential and commercial inspections while demonstrating best practices and high-quality service to your team.
• Quality Control: Oversee inspections and provide feedback to ensure consistency and excellence across all operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Help develop training programs and processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a seasoned inspector with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training others. You should be reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others grow while continuing to excel in their own career.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in property inspections
• Experience training or mentoring team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments (roofs, confined spaces, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
