MAC7 Property Services is looking for a Lead Inspector to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to excel in your career while guiding, mentoring and training new inspectors.

You’ll be the go-to expert for training and mentoring new inspectors, helping them build the skills needed to succeed in the field. Your knowledge and experience will directly contribute to the growth and success of our team. You’ll be responsible for shaping the future of MAC7 by ensuring our new hires are fully prepared and confident. Not only will you be conducting inspections, you’ll also be traveling to different locations and overseeing a team of inspectors. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with new inspectors, providing hands-on training and support to ensure they’re equipped to meet MAC7’s high standards.
• Conduct residential and commercial inspections while demonstrating best practices and high-quality service to your team.
• Oversee inspections and provide feedback to ensure consistency and excellence across all operations.
• Help develop training programs and processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

You should be reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others grow while continuing to excel in their own career.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in property inspections
• Experience training or mentoring team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments (roofs, confined spaces, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
