This position focuses on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top safety experts for temporary oversight roles, ensuring organizations maintain safe and compliant workplaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage Safety Officers and other safety professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Create, post, and monitor job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Review resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates based on the job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability, experience, and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Safety Officers and industry professionals, creating a pipeline of talent for current and future needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in construction, staffing, or safety services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to confidently engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
