Overall Assignment Description:
Independently perform a wide range of functions and tasks, which require vision, leadership, and proficiency in developing, explaining and supporting policy implementation. Provide general or specialized administrative support to United States Cyber Command offices and programs located on Fort Meade, Maryland. Develop pertinent information and provide to the Government POC for communication to varied audiences (e.g. DoD, IC, Federal Government, Congress, the media, the public, the international community, and private industry). Extract and organize information for briefings, read-ahead and other materials. Manage internal and external tasking and pay particular attention to detail and quality. Research and analyze information and data to prepare reports, presentations, and papers. Prepare routine correspondence in accordance with USCC standards, policy and directorate guidance.

- Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
- Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
- Interacting with our ongoing customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype, Teams and email
- Handling, receiving and tracking to completion incoming tasks and requests for information by leadership, mission partners and teammates.
As a Staff Action Officer, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Ability to meet deadlines, and completing assignments or actions in accordance with established administrative processes and procedures
- Knowledge and experience with the general office administrative processes, procedures; to include experience in gathering information and critical thinking capacity to synthesize information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Experience in taking instructions, meeting deadlines, and completing assignments or actions in accordance with established administrative processes and procedures
- Strong written, oral communications and presentation skills
- Experience managing internal and external tasking. Experience with WMS and/or TMT.
- Knowledge and/or understanding of United States Cyber Command, key components, directorates, offices, and programs
- Understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and the Department of Defense
Your qualifications must be:
- The position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph (No exceptions)
- The position requires seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within related field
- The work schedule is a standard schedule with core hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm (M-F)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- This position is on the client site at Fort Meade, Maryland. Remote or telework is not permissible.
Salary : $80,000 - $160,000
