Parking Lot Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by managing vehicle inventory, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized lot. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
• Manage the organization of vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are parked in designated areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are clean and presentable.
• Assist with cash handling and operate the cash register when necessary.
• Provide valet parking services for customers as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movement and customer needs.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and reporting.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is beneficial.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer communication.
• Experience in valet parking or driving various types of vehicles is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
