You will be part of a leading a global inspection team assuring quality of components and assemblies that this global aerospace leader is sourcing from one or more suppliers in this area. Once on the team, you will be deployed through SQA’s operations center based on client need and each supplier’s production schedule.
What you’ll do:
The human resource program coordinator ensures that human resource programs support the success of the current inspection program. This position performs professional work of considerable challenges overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management, employee development and customer service. These associates will work on site at the supplier and be the barrier/liaison between SQAs 35 inspectors and the client / supplier stakeholders. You will work in streamlining the management of the inspection team. If any of the SQA inspectors have questions, issues, need for information, problems, ideas for improvement, disagreements, illnesses, etc. They will first go to the SQA HR PC on site to have them addressed. This will prevent the client to be inundated by the various issues two dozen contract employees encounter throughout each work shift. The HR PC would help resolve any issues/arguments that arise between the team or with supplier contacts. The HR PC would ensure proper attendance and lack of tardiness of the inspection team. He/she must have leadership skills, motivators, empathetic, not easily tricked or convinced, and have answers readily available for whatever issues arise.

Ability to be an on-site representative on behalf of SQA Services to resolve any HR related issues with our associate team
Strong communication and technology skills
Focus on organizational and leadership skills
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be a US Citizen
