**Hiring Immediately!! This is a 10-month contract, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. We are seeking a Quality Mechanical Inspector in Hialeah, FL.
If you are not located in Miami, FL, relocation assistance is provided for the first month. After that, you'll be responsible for your own relocation expenses. Please note, no per diems are offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile final inspection sign-off sheets and inspection packages
- Use of Microsoft office programs and a computer or laptop to review documents
- Review and comprehend engineering drawings to pull descriptions, part numbers, serial numbers, and other details
- Verify that inspection equipment can detect defects and ensure inspection methodology is in line with drawing intent
- Work within the Quality Management system and undergo basic training on policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols
- Ability to read and interpret basics of an engineering drawing
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively within a quality management system
- Must be able to read and write in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aerospace industry experience
