We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with previous experience in performing detailed inspections, including first article inspections, receiving inspections, and root cause/corrective actions. This role requires proficiency in measurement tools, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry and customer specifications.

Mileage Compensation ($0.70 per mile driven to and from supplier site)
We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with previous experience in performing detailed inspections, including first article inspections, receiving inspections, and root cause/corrective actions. This role requires proficiency in measurement tools, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed in-process and end-of-line inspections on flight hardware.
- Document anomalies in accordance with prescribed procedures and processes.
- Communicate and help resolve quality related issues as they relate to the site.
- Process non-conforming products and assist engineering in root cause analysis and corrective action if asked.
- Routinely observe technical operations and offer guidance and/or serve as an additional technical resource.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
- 8 years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in validating dimensions (total tolerances >/=.005” with minimal GD&T validation)
- Experienced with standard hand tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges)
- Knowledgeable in the use of computers and/or tablets
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to deescalate workplace conflicts effectively
- Adaptable to diverse environments and teams within supplier operations
- Experienced in handling specific commodities related to parts inspection
