We’re hiring for a Quality Manufacturing Engineer - Titanium-Foil position in the Dallas -Fort Worth Texas area. This is a 6-month contract on the first shift, full-time, 40 hours a week. Join our team as a Quality Manufacturing Engineer and help us ensure the successful transfer of knowledge and processes for specialized Ti-Foil equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop standard work documentation and detailed training materials for Ti-Foil equipment operation and manufacturing processes
- Perform a thorough assessment of the Ti-Foil equipment and document its operational health
- Create a comprehensive training plan for the replacement supplier to ensure successful equipment operation and knowledge transfer
- Document all manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment operation details for future transfer
- Collaborate with contracts and stakeholders to mitigate risks related to contract delays and ensure smooth knowledge transfer
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Ti-Foil Operator or Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of forming and slitting processes, particularly with specialized equipment
- Ability to assess equipment health and document necessary improvements or maintenance
- Excellent documentation skills, with experience in creating standard work and training materials
- Ability to train others on complex manufacturing processes and procedures
- Experience in the aerospace or high-precision manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with Ti-Foil production processes and equipment
- Knowledge of quality standards to ensure parts meet engineering specifications
- Experience with process improvement or lean manufacturing techniques
