Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Builder Sales Specialist at SQFT Studio. This position is salary Commission. You will be responsible for assisting Builders and their customers choosing the best materials that meet their aesthetic, budget, and functionality requirements. Then project manage the purchasing and delivery of their flooring materials.
Day-to-day tasks
Cold calling and meeting with Home Builders
Measuring and performing take offs by electronic blue print
Writing proposals for materials in company software
Expert guidance, recommending suitable products to home owner.
Order, Track, and communicate with warehouse for all necessary products
Coordinate with warehouse and builder for delivery
Strive for a 100% satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- Knowledge in different types of flooring materials, such as Porcelain Panels, LVT/LVP, Carpet, & Pre Finished Wood.
- Sales experience, including lead generation, customer engagement, closing deals, and managing customer expectations
- Technical Knowledge
- Ability to use specialized flooring sales software for quoting, traking, and customer relationship
- Professionalism, maintaining a polished appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong Design Skills with the ability to measure prints, create floor plans, and suggest flooring options
- Strong desire to achieve goals and consistently exceed the builders expectations
