Sqooasha is looking for a Program Coordinator to serve as a liaison to support our executive team, and to provide day-to-day administrative and program oversight for the tutoring services provided by Sqooasha.
Sqooasha has been providing educational services to students since 2017, including students with various disabilities. The students we work with range from kindergarten students up to college level students.
Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator will assist the executive team in the day-to-day operation of the company, including working with tutors, current/future school clients and students; supporting the Sqooasha executive team to create a healthy learning environment for tutors and students; and assisting with marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years performing supportive duties in a coordinator role, or similar.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize assigned tasks.
- Excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS - both written and verbal.
- Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.
Additional Skills:
- Can work in a team environment and independently.
- Comfortable working with technological platforms.
- Willing to undergo a reference check, background check and obtain an Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Observing and participating in the daily company operations to continuously optimize the company’s workflow and processes, improve team efficiency, and reduce the interventions by upper management.
- Serving as the liaison between Sqooasha’s management and clients/staff.
- Assisting with the execution of new company growth opportunities.
- Approving payroll and resolving discrepancies.
- Providing oversight of tutoring services and program operations.
- Supporting management team to recruit, hire, and train new tutors.
- Communicating workplace information to tutors and maintaining resources used in tutoring.
- Maintaining collaborative working relationships with fellow team members.
- Communicating the progress, outcomes, and direction of program services to management team.
- Making recommendations concerning improvement of programs and services to management team.
- Providing in-person/virtual tutoring to students in a one-on-one/group setting when needed, based on your area of expertise.
- Performing ongoing review of student assessment results and ensuring stakeholders are informed of students' progress.
- Participating in ongoing professional development training.
- Working directly with leadership to promote a healthy learning environment for students.
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
