Co-founder and Senior UI / UX Product Designer ( Equity Based Position )
Proven experience leading UX / UI design processes and teams
Experience in designing web applications, websites, dashboards, and mobile applications
Demonstrated expertise in collaboration and communication, interfacing with clients, product managers, software developers, and other team members
EXPERTISE with design software such as Figma
Passion for implementing design best practices that improve usability, flows, and user satisfaction
Expert in UI / UX design with a focus on SaaS platforms
Experience working as part of or leading a GTM effort (design-wise), experience with product development, and experience with Product Lead Growth (PLG)
Committed to a long-term journey with SQOR, contributing to its scaling and success
Responsibilities
We are in search of a Senior UI / UX Designer ( please add your portfolio ) who can polish and clean up what we have and add to it over time in a data-driven way
This multidimensional role involves refining our product's design for the user, leading data-driven design optimization, and developing landing page strategies for various ICPs
You will be responsible for hands-on designing and implementation of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our products
You will work closely with our teams, including product managers, software developers, and data scientists, to create user experiences that simplify complex data sets
Elevate the UI for an unparalleled user experience on existing and new pages
Strategize and execute impactful landing page solutions
Utilize skills in GTM, product marketing, branding, and growth hacking to enhance our product and market presence
Qualifications
Proven experience leading UX / UI design processes and teams
Experience in designing web applications, websites, dashboards, and mobile applications
Demonstrated expertise in collaboration and communication, interfacing with clients, product managers, software developers, and other team members

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing designs

Experience working as part of or leading a GTM effort (design-wise), experience with product development, and experience with Product Lead Growth (PLG)
Committed to a long-term journey with SQOR, contributing to its scaling and success
Benefits
The role offers 1% to 2% equity, based on your involvement and contribution commitment
As we gain traction and raise capital, salaries will become available
We are about to launch and intend to provide some salary compensation by the end of March
