Our client is a clinical research site network dedicated to enhancing patient accessibility and inclusivity in clinical trials! They conduct Phase I-IV trials across multiple therapeutic areas, including psychiatry, neurology, dermatology, and infectious diseases. The Role
The Patient Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in the clinical trial process. You would truly be the face of the company and the first point of contact for many patients. Some of the people you speak with have never participated in a clinical trial and may be nervous or have many questions; your job is to guide them through the process and make them feel comfortable.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be contacting, screening, and scheduling potential patients into clinical research studies. You'll be working out of a busy, high-performing clinic alongside the Patient Recruitment Manager. When speaking with patients you’ll be confirming interest in the trial, asking qualifying questions, and scheduling them to start in the trial.
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience (work or academic experience)
- Experience working with patients over the phone or phone sales
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
- Computer-savvy, open to learning new software
Salary : $25 - $27
