The Role:
You will be responsible for building the accounting and finance team while managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will also provide financial insights to support growth strategy!
- Establish, hire, and oversee the company’s accounting and finance team including continued development strategy
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial reporting
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee reporting requirements to regulations, respond to auditing activities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Develop accurate and timely budgets and reports
- Identify and track key financial metrics to drive business growth
- Develop annual operating plan and financial budget that supports the long-term strategy of the business.
- Assist in developing and executing the company’s strategic financial direction.
- Provide valuable financial insights that drive new processes or advance decision making
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities
Qualifications:
- 5 years in a Finance Leadership role with direct reports
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to work on site in the Fletcher, NC area M-F
