Job Title: QC & Data Entry Specialist I
Department: Clinical
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Ensure quality control and accurate data entry for clinical research charts, adhering to our client’s standards and sponsor requirements.
- Review study charts for accuracy, identifying missing or discrepant data.
- Enter data into eCRF/CRF systems per sponsor guidelines.
- Report inconsistencies to clinical research coordinators and management.
- Attend SIV meetings and assist with sponsor monitor visits.
- Resolve queries efficiently and support training procedures.
- Represent our client professionally in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience: 1-3 years in clinical or biological research preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of medical terminology and research concepts.
- Knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Office-based work with some local travel.
- Daily computer use, occasional night/weekend work.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
