Job Overview
We are currently looking to add to our crew at Squam Boat Livery. We are looking for a well-organized Ship Store Assistant Manager to assist with all aspects of management of the ship store and gas docks. This position would be seasonal starting now in April through the last week of October. Position provides the flexibility for a different job during the off season or time with family. Monday through Friday 9-5 with an occasional Saturday during the busy season.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and managing messages.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Manage gas dock
- Boat Registrations
- Boat rental reservations
- Boat delivery via lake
- Greeting and assisting customers
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Customer service experience
- NH Boater's license preferred.
