What You'll Do :

• Own High-Quality Content Creation : Build advanced, detailed environments in diverse styles while maintaining consistent quality.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with designers, artists, and production to support development and ensure goals are met.
• Set the Standard : Act as a technical and artistic reference, providing guidance to elevate the team’s work.
• Drive Feedback & Quality : Take and provide constructive critiques across departments to hit the highest quality bar.
• Learn & Innovate : Seek new tools and processes to improve pipelines and content creation.
• Mentor Team Members : Support and guide mid-level and associate artists to help them grow.
• Lead & Inspire : Establish artistic benchmarks, drive creative vision, and shape workflows to influence the project and studio as a whole.
