-Role Description-
This is a full-time role for a Sales and Account Management Specialist at Square One Exteriors in Tyler, TX. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales and marketing.
-Qualifications-
-Experience in sales and marketing
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
-Ability to work well in a team and independently
-Organizational and time management skills
-No previous construction contracting experience required BUT a qualified individual must demonstrate tangible experience performing in positions requiring similar skill sets.
-Responsibilities-
- Generate new business via tried and true lead generation methods.
- Conduct presentations for clients outlining processes and transaction details.
- Collect large payments.
- Participate in team building and training exercises.
-Compensation-
Compensation is overwhelming and directly related to performance. A beginner with the necessary skills but lacking experience in this specific field can expect to make $60K-$85K. MUCH more for those who qualify.
