We are excited to add to our growing Square One team! We are looking for someone that has the desire to join a team that works hard, has fun, and consistently puts out a quality product. For this specific role, we are looking for a skilled Photographer/Videographer that can capture images and moments of properties that will help our clients tell a story of homes and Real Estate agents alike. This person will be focused on providing world class media for properties being listed for sale.
We are looking for PART-TIME Media Specialists that will grow to Full-Time!
The successful candidate will be able to achieve technical, qualitative and quantitative goals while meeting each project’s needs and deadlines. We care deeply about our Square One teammembers and look forward to talking to any interested candidates!
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to scheduled appointments with clients on time
- Practice a high level of customer service with clients
- Work with clients to capture images and videos to achieve desired results
- Constantly elevate image and video quality through expanding knowledge and skillset
- Use and maintain employer provided technical equipment (cameras, lenses, drone, etc)
- Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to client specifications
- Upload and File photographic images and videos within portal to be delivered to editing team
- Maintain an in depth understanding of media best practices, procedures and trends
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Demonstrated excitement for photography/videography
- Ability to always be on time

- Proven professional shooting experience
- Eye-catching portfolio
- Proficient with modern equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot through robust communication
- Shooting and lighting skills
- Competency in applying media production best practices and techniques
- Knowledge of production process for online publishing
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Team player
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
