What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in casual dining
- Knife skills, range of cooking methods
- Attention to detail
- Cleanliness and organization is important to you
- Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with our recipes, plate presentation, and specifications
- Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
- Ensure product quality, quantity, appearance, and temperature.
- Set up equipment, verification of stock, managing food orders
Physical Requirements of a Cook
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
- Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
