SquarePeg is a venture-backed, seed-stage B2B SaaS startup at the forefront of the Future of Work, with an established product in the market serving over 50 customers. This year we raised a fresh round of capital to bring a brand new AI product to market.
We are looking to hire our 1st marketer to help build and oversee SquarePeg's marketing efforts. You would get a tremendous amount of autonomy, responsibility, and room to design and build a marketing function from the ground up. You'd work closely with our CEO, Director of Sales, Product Manager, CSM, and Operations Manager on marketing initiatives. This role is great for someone ambitious and confident is his/her abilities to produce and deliver great marketing content & experiences.

About You:
- You love ideas and experimentation
- You validate everything with data
- You have a bias towards action and are known for getting things done
- You are not tied to a channel - you can work on ABM, content strategy, product marketing, channel partnerships, ads, etc, and if you haven't done it you can figure it out
- You stay current on newest GTM strategies
- You are opinionated
- Build a funnel and marketing strategy from top of funnel awareness to bottom of funnel lead gen
- Manage content development strategy (we can hire a writer)
- Manage LinkedIn organic and paid strategies
- Manage our Early Adopter and Product Council programs for customer marketing
- Help develop case studies and testimonials
- Help design an ABM strategy
- Work closely with our PM on website and in-app product marketing tools and experiences
- 5 yrs experience in Marketing
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Product Marketer, or Content Marketer within a venture-backed tech startup, preferably B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of growth marketing, content marketing, and product marketing strategies.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
