SUMMARY :
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing department with a variety of duties, including assisting with promotional planning and execution, event coordination, social media support, and general marketing initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist the marketing department in successfully executing marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure promotions and events are executed efficiently and in line with marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator to create, schedule, and post social media content that aligns with promotional and event efforts.
- Ensure marketing materials, signage, and collateral are properly distributed and displayed for promotions and events.
- Draft promotion briefs, event descriptions, and communication materials to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing talent bookings and coordinating logistics for scheduled performances and special events in the Event Center, Starlight Lounge, and other venues.
- Update and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring accuracy and coordination across departments.
- Update community calendars with casino events and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure promotion rules, eligibility requirements, and execution plans comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing and external vendors, ensuring promotional materials and event logistics are delivered on time.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, coordination, and guest engagement.
- Coordinates with Marketing Database to prepare Pre- and Post-forma with its return on Investment (ROI) analysis of marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Creates, distributes, and communicates all required support and impacted information, procedures, and rules to team members and other departments to provide the best preparations as well as guest services.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold LCCR's "7 Waterways" of guest service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing department goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for Internal Control and Compact compliance regarding Casino Operations and ensure compliance with regulations of the Tribal Gaming Commission.
