SUMMARY : Ensuring smooth operation of the system by training employees on its functionalities, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements to optimize HR workflows within the organization; a bridge between the HR department and the HRIS technology platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as contact, and team facilitator for transitioning fully to Paylocity offer staff support as directed.
- Contribute to formalizing a time l ine to deliver on directives. Including bringing onboarding online, developing stronger delineation between HR and Payroll tasks and deliverables.
- Assist in standardization of Paylocity in regard to access, org charts encouraging increased accessibility with the users.
- Working with the HR Director, facilitate the new hire process from offer letter through onboarding.
- Maintain set standards in the personnel filing and HRIS systems, complete the PAN tracking and distribution and posting data.
- Assist with the preparations and hosting of quarterly functions, i.e. Staff Summer Picnic, Appreciation Dinner, Fall Potluck, Staff Christmas Party.
- Other departmental duties as assigned.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR Director.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to proofread your own work for errors and have an eye for detail and accuracy. The interview will include a skills test.

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Requirements :
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s degree in information technology and 2-3 years relevant experience, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required. OR Associate of Arts Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 4-5 years business / staffing / clerical relevant experience with increasing responsibilities.
