Type: W2 Position, Part-Time to Full-Time

Location: Winter Park, FL

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dog Groomer to join our team. This W2 position will begin as part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time. Groomers will receive a bonus for every client they bring on to help grow the business. Responsibilities include completing full grooming services, maintaining client relations, and ensuring the mobile salon is clean and organized.

• W2 Employment: Stable employment status with growth to full-time
• Client Bonus: Earn a bonus for each new client you bring to the business
• Equipment Provided: All grooming tools, supplies, and maintenance costs (including sharpening) are fully covered

• Perform grooming, bathing, clipping, and styling services to meet breed standards and customer preferences
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile salon, adhering to Squeaky Clean Grooming’s standards of hygiene and safety
• Provide pet care recommendations to customers to help maintain the health and appearance of pets
• Safely handle and groom pets of all sizes and temperaments, with extra care for senior pets or those with special needs

• Clean driving and criminal record: A 100% clean record is required
• Professional grooming expertise: Minimum of 2 years of grooming experience is mandatory, with breed-standard grooming knowledge
• Customer service excellence: Skilled in customer communication and service, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Physical capability: Able to assist dogs weighing up to 90 lbs onto a low grooming table
• Attention to detail: Strong focus on providing high-quality grooming and ensuring the best outcome for each pet
• Reliability and independence: Capable of working solo in a mobile grooming environment with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Certification: Certification in pet grooming is highly desirable
