Assistant (part-time)

Job Title: Cleaning Assistant:

Squeaky Clean Services is looking for a dedicated Cleaning Assistant to join our growing cleaning team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring properties are thoroughly clean and meet company standards. You will have the flexibility to work in a team or independently while contributing to the success of our cleaning operations. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time opportunities for assistants who meet performance. We will cover the cost of training and equipment/supplies needed per job.

What you’ll Do:

• Clean Luxury homes: Travel to residential properties throughout the Albany region and clean accordingly to our company checklists.
• Check your work: Ensure properties meet our company's cleaning standards after the service is completed.
• Open communication: Regularly communicate with cleaning teams & management ensuring operations are flowing efficiently.

Availability:

We are looking for someone available Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM.

The hours will range 10-20 per week and can increase based on assistants performance and desire to work more.

A Typical Day:

• LETS MEET: We drive separately to meet at the first home on our schedules. We bring in our supplies from our cars (supplies is provided) and begin cleaning (it’s really that easy and straightforward).
• THE GAME PLAN: Each assistant will be assigned a specific section to clean. We do keep track of our time because we only have 2-3 hours per home. We clean about 2-3 homes per day.
• THE VIBE: The day never drags or feels dull, but rather exciting and feels new every day! We clean beautiful homes and listen to music while we clean.
• OUR CLIENTS: Our clients are super friendly and appreciative of what we do so it makes our work feel meaningful.
• THE BOSS: Your boss is a caring individual who consistently fosters a positive environment in the team and wants to see you truly succeed. Once you prove you reliable and understand your position you will begin to earn raises!
• THE TEAM: Your team is supportive and filled with laughter. Good vibes only!

This role is open to 1 more assistant to join us. We are selective in who we hire next as we want to ensure our team remains with good-vibes and supportive atmosphere!

Qualifications:

• You need to own your own vehicle to travel between properties.
• Reliable
• Professional
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina as we are bending, lifting for several hours per day.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Prior experience in cleaning is a plus but not needed as we are willing to train the perfect candidate. :-)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.25 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Work Location: In person
