COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

• Cleaning Techniques: Proficiency in various window cleaning methods, including traditional squeegee and water-fed pole systems.
• Tool Handling: Skilled in using window cleaning tools such as squeegees, scrapers, mops, brushes, and extension poles.
• Chemical Knowledge: Understanding of the different cleaning solutions and chemicals, and their appropriate usage for different types of surfaces.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ability to maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment to ensure it functions correctly and safely.

• Safety Procedures: Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, including proper use of ladders, harness, and chemicals.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 20 Yeas old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Comfort working at heights or with ladders
• No tattoos above the shoulders, or any offensive tattoos
• No unprofessional facial piercings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Class E driver's license
• Stable work history
• Customer service experience
• Leadership abilities

WORK SCHEDULE

Typical schedule is Monday – Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm; however, due to weather and workload, times must be flexible.
