What You’ll Do :
- High-Rise Window Cleaning : Safely operate rope descent systems, swing stages, and other specialized equipment to clean and maintain exterior windows on tall commercial buildings.
- Low-Rise & Ground-Level Work : Ensure exceptional clarity and cleanliness for smaller buildings, storefronts, and residential windows.
- Additional Services : Assist with related property maintenance services, such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and interior glass detailing.
- Safety & Compliance : Strictly follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and industry regulations, including the proper use of fall-protection gear and routine equipment inspections.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow technicians, supervisors, and support staff to achieve efficient, customer-focused results.
