What are the responsibilities and job description for the Canvasser position at Squeegee Squad?
This Job is not a remote work position and is a commission only position which could make you much more than $20 per hour as you get your pipeline filled. Commissions are uncapped.
Responsibilities:
- We don't necessarily need experience but we do need someone who wants to hustle and hits the streets cold calling businesses and residential areas to create a warm lead who will give our owners a change to estimate the business. This is our most important part of any applicant, tell us you are willing to hustle to make as much money as you want really with us. Sales cold caller will work in our office but mainly be in the field and not sitting at a desk.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead to meet sales targets. Door Knocking - Cold Calling in person and on the phone is a must.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability once you are comfortable with pricing
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Want to hustle and hit the streets to cold call businesses and residential to create warm leads - no experience necessary
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Window Cleaning sales experience is a plus
You'll work some office time but most in the field in Bee Cave, TX and the surrounding area.
Commissions awarded on generating leads that turn into sales.
