Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. You will also be expected to carry out pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and high-rise window washing as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean windows for residential and commercial properties using professional techniques and equipment.
- Perform pressure washing services on driveways, sidewalks, buildings, and other surfaces.
- Conduct high-rise window cleaning following all safety protocols.
- Perform gutter cleaning, ensuring debris removal and proper drainage.
- Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow all company safety protocols and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
