Squeegee Squad of Union, KY, is seeking a Window Cleaning Supervisor to lead our professional cleaning team. This role is responsible for overseeing and participating in residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assist with window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing for residential and commercial properties.
• Train and mentor cleaning technicians to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Coordinate daily schedules, job assignments, and team efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain and ensure proper use of company equipment, tools, and cleaning solutions.
• Adhere to and enforce safety procedures, including ladder usage and fall protection protocols.
• Keep accurate records of job completion, employee performance, and customer feedback.
