As a Compliance Specialist you are responsible for ensuring our organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies by monitoring compliance activities, conducting audits, identifying potential risks, advising leadership on compliance matters, and working to implement necessary corrective actions to maintain adherence to legal and ethical standards.
The Following are Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Squeeze remains up-to-date on all regulatory and licensing requirements in accordance with company, state, and federal regulations
- Manage and process state licensing applications and certifications
- Field and respond to information security audits, client onboarding and vendor management
- Attend and facilitate quarterly compliance committee meetings with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Operations and IT to implement and ensure compliance (specifically to dialer/telemarketing compliance) during unusual circumstances such as federal/state holidays or state of emergency restrictions
- Complete required Client Attestations (as needed)
- Review and update operational policies and procedures.
- Review business practices to ensure business operations are following prescribed policies and procedures.
- Telemarketing rules (State and Federal)
- Opt-out requests and compliance
Minimum Requirements
- Work in office in Orem, Utah
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite.
- High level of Interpersonal skills, to interface with internal and external clients
- 2-5 years of Relevant Experience
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Experience is Preferred
