What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Associate position at Squeeze?
The job position is available in person at one of three locations: Orem, UT, Rexburg, ID, and Logan, UT.
We are looking to add someone that can take on multiple responsibilities as an entry level QA associate. The person in this role is constantly evaluating recorded phone calls from Squeeze employees to ensure compliance with our clients.
What will I be doing?
- Dialing clients 25% of schedule hours
- Listening to and reviewing employee calls
- Scoring and grading employee calls
- Monitoring and reporting trends within phone calls to QA Manager
- Assisting with different calling campaigns when needed
