Customer Relations Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated client records and interactions.
• Utilize office software to document customer interactions and track issues through resolution.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
• Collaborate with tech support for clients who require assistance.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while handling calls in a professional manner.
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
• Strong office skills with proficiency in data entry and computerized systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus but not required.
