We are seeking a strategic Business Operations Lead to join us and drive the future of our organization by leading various initiatives that cut across several functions. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in optimizing processes, operational efficiency, and supporting our rapid growth.
You will join a fast-growing company with a fun, hard-working, customer-centric culture. Squint's unique product, customer base, and fully-remote team offer exciting and unique challenges for you to tackle. This role will report directly to the Founder and CEO.
About you :
- You have an MBA and / or relevant experience in business operations working in a high-growth enterprise SaaS business.
- You're detail-oriented, yet fast-paced; you're able to hold a high bar for work while still making quick decisions without all the data.
- Executing with minimal guidance and in a high degree of ambiguity is exciting to you.
- You're excited by problems you've never solved before (from changing the business address to a virtual mailbox to creating the weekly metrics tracker for the leadership team).
- You can learn how each part of the organization operates and win their trust.
Key responsibilities :
Examples will include projects like competitor research, event planning, financial models, hiring forecasts, pricing exercises
