Position Overview: As the Sales-Focused Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading our implant sales efforts while also coaching and mentoring a high-performing team. This position requires a passionate sales professional with a proven track record in managing the full sales funnel—from lead generation to closing. You will also work closely with marketing to enhance our outreach and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Actively manage inbound leads by contacting and scheduling consultations. Ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to patient engagement.
- Consultations: Conduct in-person consultations, performing prosthodontic exams alongside the doctor. Clearly explain treatment options, costs, and financing solutions to patients.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with patients post-consult to assess their readiness to start treatment and address any concerns.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and develop a sales team, utilizing a "player-coach" model. Foster a collaborative environment while holding team members accountable to KPIs.
- Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales team, enhancing their skills in lead management, consultation techniques, and closing strategies.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing agencies to align sales strategies with marketing efforts, ensuring effective communication and branding.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in implant sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the full sales funnel and lead management processes.
- Experience conducting consultations and explaining complex treatment options.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on coaching and performance management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and experience collaborating with marketing teams is a plus.
