What are the responsibilities and job description for the PeopleSoft Developer | Senior with Security Clearance position at Squires Group, Inc?
Our client is an award winning integrator assisting various federal agencies with transforming how they deliver their HR Services to over 500,000 employees worldwide. They are in need of several Senior-Level Peoplesoft Developers with Federal Experience to develop custom payroll solutions and remediate application defects and incidents related to the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application. This role is based in Herndon, VA and offers a REMOTE schedule, HOWEVER, candidates must be local for occasional onsite presence. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens, able to pass the client’s background check. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years of experience with the following :
o PeopleSoft Federal experience (MUST have FEDERAL)
o Working at least at 2 Federal agencies implementing or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor and Performance Management
o Working with PeopleSoft 9.2 North America Payroll for Federal Government
o Managing large complex enterprise system migration projects (greater than 25000 users)
o PeopleSoft HCM development experience– PeopleTools, SQR, Security
o PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 experience
o User Acceptance Testing o Developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements
o Business requirements analysis
o HR LOB operations & procedures
o Global and North American payroll applications for the Federal Government o PeopleSoft Financials and General Ledger o PeopleSoft 9.2 Global Payroll for Federal Government o PeopleSoft 9.2 North America Payroll for Federal Government o Advanced Payroll Rules creation for Federal Government o Federal PeopleSoft Benefits module o Federal HCM Shared Services o PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrades
o ETL / Datastage
o SQL
o Oracle Database
o Windows and Unix W2 Hourly rate : $94 - $106. Rate is based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and is subject to change at any time.
