What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at SR Duffie Consulting, LLC?
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of small projects and/or assist in management of medium to large-size construction projects.
- Assist Project Manager to determine project requirements and develop designs which satisfy the project needs.
- Assist in planning support required to define projects including the preparation of Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development and/or Construction estimates for budgeting purposes.
- Assist in review & monitor project construction schedules.
- Drawing & specification reviews and tracking.
- Facilitate and expedite review of submittals and shop drawings.
- Facilitate and expedite review/response of RFI’s.
- Assist in review and be responsible for tracking of cost issues.
- Assist in review and be responsible for tracking of change orders.
- Assist with design build projects, as applicable.
- Assist in creating bid packages and specifications.
- Monitor job quality and be responsible for documentation of the same.
- Assist in the performance of and be responsible for the preparation of punch lists.
- Assist in evaluation of contractor proposals.
- Assist in value engineering.
- Assist in contractor scope reviews.
