The client is seeking an experienced O365 Management Support Specialist to oversee, configure, and secure its Microsoft O365 environment. The candidate will be responsible for implementing data loss prevention (DLP) policies, ensuring compliance with security standards, and managing O365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement DLP policies and procedures for the O365 environment.
- Configure O365 policies to meet agency security and compliance requirements.
- Conduct security assessments and remediation for O365 services.
- Manage and oversee Microsoft O365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other security regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft Gold Partner or Cloud Solution Provider experience.
- Proven experience in O365 management, security, and compliance.
- Expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams administration.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and security best practices.
