The Functional Architect will support the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) by analyzing healthcare data, improving reporting processes, and designing SOPs and data governance frameworks. Responsibilities include data validation, visualization, and analytics to enhance program performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, validate, and distribute healthcare data.
- Develop SOPs, process flow diagrams, and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
- Extract data from various sources using SQL, SAS (preferred).
- Create executive-level reports and presentations.
- Support Medicaid/Medicare program performance tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve program efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree with 4 years in data analytics.
- Healthcare industry experience (health plans, pharmacy, or health tech).
- Strong SQL skills; SAS proficiency preferred.
- Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare operations (claims, appeals, enrollment).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau.
- Project management experience with strong communication skills.
