Position Overview:
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Integration Consultant to lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding, SAP HCM, and integration systems, as well as solid communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding, SAP HCM, and integration systems, as well as solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage integration projects between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase.
Configure and customize standard integrations provided by SAP and SuccessFactors.
Develop custom integrations and implement transformation logic and error handling.
Perform testing, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor integration performance and stability.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer, training internal teams on system processes.
Participate in project planning and collaborate in all project meetings.
Requirements:
5 years of experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
Strong experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and third-party integration tools like Informatica or SAP PO.
Ability to analyze business requirements and turn them into technical specifications for integrations.
Experience with integrations to external HRIS systems, particularly SAP ECC.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certifications are highly desired.
Experience with ABAP development and SAP PO is a plus.
Additional Information:
The position requires occasional onsite work during key project phases, including Solution Confirmation, Program Increment Cycles, Show backs, System Integration Test Cycles, User Acceptance Test, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live.
No additional compensation for travel; rate includes travel costs.

Any absence from sessions requires prior approval from Project Principal. No additional compensation for any travel required, and rate is inclusive of any travel costs.
