Job Description:
The Technology Specialist (Telecom) is responsible for managing 50 telecommunication tickets, including tasks such as data entry, troubleshooting, asset management, and inventory tracking. This role may require travel to the London, OH site for inventory management of radios and technology. The specialist will also manage MARCS radio systems, and work with Intune and Tango for mobile device management.
Key Skills:
- SCCM, MARCS radio, Tango, and Intune
- Telecom/VOIP experience
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills
- Asset inventory experience
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Preferred: 4-year college degree
Candidates must be local to Ohio and comfortable with in-state travel.
