POSITION DESCRIPTION :
Candidates must live in Pennsylvania to be eligible. Hybrid schedule - first two weeks required on-site, then 1 day per week in the office. All telework must be performed in PA.
The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is seeking an AD3(Application Developer 3) to assist other developers with upgrading the Resource First Portal (RFP) system code to meet WCAG Accessibility requirements. The RFP application was built with ASP.Net, C#.Net, .NET MVC and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to function in both as an Individual and as part of a team. The successful applicant must be capable of meeting or exceeding challenging deadlines while performing daily duties that will include :
Analysis, design, coding, and testing of application code.
Application troubleshooting and bug fixes.
Upgrade existing applications to WCAG accessible applications
Convert Monolithic applications to Microservices applications
Record, Verifying, Log and Document testing results.
Maintain versioning and source control with TFS.
Develop applications in Angular Framework
Document and present recommendations for issue / risk remediation to team leads and managers.
