The Client is seeking a motivated Technical Specialist 3 to support ITS-AppDev in implementing and maintaining a new in-house Case Management System (CMS) for the OHCW Waiver & SRS Program. In this role, you will work on Salesforce system development, workflow design, documentation, and integration with existing Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and administer Salesforce-based applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) using Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
Design, document, and optimize workflows and system integrations, including data migration and API integrations (REST & SOAP).
Utilize tools like Data Loader, SFDC Outlook Connector, Jitterbit, and MuleSoft to support data processes.
Collaborate in an Agile / SCRUM environment and use Azure DevOps for source control and documentation.
Provide technical leadership and effective communication across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8 years in IT analysis, design, and development with 5 years of Salesforce experience.
Salesforce Developer / Administrator certification preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
