Description
Looking for a System Analyst who is able to support application and interfaces. Advance Knowledge of troubleshooting Law Enforcement critical systems and interfaces.
Duties :
Support Law Enforcement critical systems like
Records Management Systems (RMS),
Field Based Reporting (FBR),
Centrally Linked Information for Public Safety (CLIPS),
Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD),
Mobile Data Terminals (MDT) and other critical systems throughout the department.
Troubleshoot existing software, configurations and associated interfaces.
Interact with customers, internal and external department / law enforcement agencies and third-party vendors
Provide support for data exchanges, including Open Data.
Provide technical support of any critical system change, upgrade or migration and implementation.
Required Skills :
Linux, TSQL / SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ) and Shell scripting, Database development, writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
