Precast Designer

Essential Functions

1. Read and interpret Structural, Architectural, and MEP drawings.

2. Independently create detailed and accurate models/drawings for precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete foundations, and structural steel miscellaneous structures using 3D CAD programs.

3. Develop models or drawings based on customer-supplied drawings, data, and specifications with guidance from the AMC design team.

4. Create models or drawings adhering to AMC specifications and design team inputs.

5. Prepare Bills of Materials for precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, and structural steel structures.

6. Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with AMC and industry drafting standards.

7. Collaborate effectively with multiple departments and team members.

8. Execute additional tasks as assigned by upper management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,738.60 - $93,620.68 per year

• Precast Designer: 5 years (Preferred)
• Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
