Job Description:
- OpenText Exstream certified (required).
- Expert in configuration of letters and generation of letters for outbound electronic communication.
- Strong experience and willingness to accurately document through out the full life cycle of the change, defect, and implementation project, including user story creation, test strategy, testing, test results.
- Ability to present the change to leadership along with impact assessment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (U.S.A.)
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (required). ServiceNOW, Jira (desired), ALM (nice to have)
