Our Entry Level Client Representative team focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring every customer receives personalized support and product recommendations. Every Entry Level Client Representative begins at the entry level, with a structured path to higher-level sales and leadership positions. Our training will build our Entry Level Client Representatives with the knowledge and confidence to excel in sales, customer service, and account management. Entry Level Client Representative Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to give personalized service and product advice
- Enroll new customers and help guide them with AT&T’s internet and wireless packages
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and as well as any and all necessary technical support needs
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Client Representatives and management team to achieve client and company goals
- Improve skills in areas such as public speaking, negotiation, problem-solving and leadership
- Track and report customer and sales data into company mobile device using a CRM software
Entry Level Client Representative Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales, customer support or any customer-facing role
- Ability to work in a team environment with other Entry Level Client Representatives but also thrive while working independently
- Excellent communications and active listening skills to be an effective communicator
- Open-minded and open to feedback and constructive criticism
- Reliable and good with time management

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
