Position Overview:
SR1 Companies is seeking a Parts Counter Person to help provide our customers with exceptional service. In this role, you will work with customers, the Sales Department, and the Service and Warranty Departments. Your work will directly impact our efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and help customers with any Parts related questions or direct them to the right department.
- Greet customers in the showroom and help them troubleshoot and find what they came in for.
- Learn and understand the products we sell so we are giving the customer educated answers to their questions.
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Organized and detailed.
- Comfort in working outside in the elements. Some of the inventory is stored in outside storage that would require you to work in.
- Conduct cycle counts of the inventory in the showroom and in the outside storage areas.
- Order parts from vendors.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm (with one day off during this timeframe)
Saturday: 8am - 3pm
