Join Our Team! – Equipment Detailing Specialist
SR1 Equipment is an employee-owned company seeking a motivated Reconditioning Specialist to join our growing team! We are located at 485 Main St, Orono, ME 04473 and specialize in TYM tractors, XCMG heavy equipment, and a variety of attachments.
We are looking for highly motivated, team player with a passion for Detailing and Cleaning. Previous reconditioning experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Using a variety tools and cleaning supplies, ensure all new and used equipment is in a pristine and presentable condition to be advertised for sale and meets customer satisfaction.
- Power washing
- Interior detailing
- Exterior Cleaning and polishing
- Minor painting and body repair
- Safe operation of tractors and equipment
- Quality control
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and high quality standards
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Schedule (5-day workweek):
- Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Saturday: As needed
- Sunday: OFF
